All our courses are available for Internet delivery through our secure servers. Delivering software to you via Internet download is the fastest and most efficient mode of delivery available.

You agree that all information you provide through the Training Matter Site will be accurate and complete. After receipt of the money, we will provide you with a link on the confirmation page. The training material can be downloaded up to 3 times within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase. You agree to perform the download within this timeframe, we do not offer refunds if you do not do this.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on the Training Matter Site. Training Matter is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.

If your credit card is not authorized or your address is not verified on the first try, you may experience a delay or cancellation of your order. The course can be obtained on CD-ROM however we charge USD30 for creating the CD and USD30 to cover postage and packing. We STRONGLY recommend download.

Due to the nature of the material in electronic format we are unable to offer refunds.

In the event you have tried but failed to download the material and taken all reasonable care, we may at our discretion e-mail the material to the account you have registered with us. You are responsible for checking junk mail etc to retrieve the e-mail and attached material.
